2019 was a momentous year for the Hawker Joinery team.
100 year celebrations We started the year off with our 100 year anniversary, celebrating a century of Hawker Joinery. To celebrate this achievement, we organised a 1920s themed evening at the Roman Baths and Pump Rooms.
It was an amazing milestone for the company, and we enjoyed being able to share the celebrations with 150 guests. Many of those being local Bath businesses that have helped us get to where we are now. We were also honoured to have the Mayor of Bath, Cllr Patrick Anketell-Jones, and descendants of the founder of Hawker Joinery attend the special occasion.
Working with new and existing clients and contractors
We worked throughout the year on a number of projects from single doors and windows to full house renovations for both new and existing clients and contractors. Our joinery ranged from products such as sliding sash windows, casement windows, external and internal doors and wardrobes.
Award winning service
In November, we won the Bath Property Awards in the Suppliers and Services category. We pride ourselves on the service that we offer to our clients therefore we are extremely proud of this achievement.
Our new head office
To end the year on a high, we opened our new Head Office in the centre of Bath. By appointment only, our Head Office is the perfect place to speak in person to one of our team, and watch our workshop live on the TV screen.
