The brief

Our client’s goal was to divide the property into two apartments, a garden villa and semi-detached house – restoring the building to it’s former glory.

How we delivered

Due to the size of this project, our first meeting with the client was at the property to discuss potential requirements in each area of the building.

We worked with the client, advising at each step of the project to ensure that any joinery work carried out met the Listed Building requirements.

Joinery was created like-for-like, with the team purchasing purpose-made cutters for the machines so that all finer details were an exact match.
