The brief

To restore an old Listed cottage and provide additional space.

How we delivered

We worked closely with our client and the planning officers to deliver precise detail for every piece of joinery. Fixed boarded garage doors, incorporating shutters and windows were supplied to the side elevation, along with a new external front and back door to bring the property back to life.

The garden was a real feature to this property and, following agreed planning permission, we designed and built a large, clear conservatory to bring light into the cottage and create more space.
